Return Policy and Process
1. Return Window — 30 Days from Delivery
We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. To ensure a smooth and fair process for everyone, all return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
The delivery date is based on the tracking confirmation provided by the carrier. Once delivery is confirmed, the 30-day window begins. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accommodated.
2. Eligibility Requirements
We carefully fulfill every order to the highest standard. To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
- The item must be in new, unused, and unopened condition with all original packaging intact.
- A valid order number and proof of purchase must be provided.
Due to the nature of our products (professional PMU pigments and supplies), opened or used items cannot be accepted for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please reach out to us before sending anything back — we're here to help find the best solution. Email us with the subject line "Return Request" or "Exchange Request" and include:
- Your full name and order number
- Reason for the return or exchange
- Photos of the item(s) if you are reporting a defect or discrepancy
We will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps. Please do not ship items back without receiving written authorization first — unauthorized returns cannot be processed or refunded.
4. Product Accuracy
Every product listed on YDPMU.com includes detailed descriptions, shade references, ingredient information, and high-resolution images. We take great care to ensure our listings accurately represent what you receive.
We ship exactly what is ordered. Claims of "item not as described" must be raised within the 30-day return window from the delivery date to allow us to investigate and resolve the issue properly. Requests submitted after this period fall outside our policy and cannot be accepted.
5. Shipping Costs and Restocking Fee
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns to cover handling and processing.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. YDPMU is not liable for lost or undelivered return packages.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during promotional events
- Opened, used, or unsealed pigments, needles, cartridges, or consumable supplies
- Digital downloads or training content
- Items returned without prior written authorization from YDPMU
- Items returned outside the 30-day return window
8. International Orders and Customs
Customs duties, import taxes, and any fees charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. YDPMU does not cover or refund these charges. If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, all associated costs will be borne by the customer.
9. Disputes and Chargebacks
We always encourage customers to contact us first — we genuinely want to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly. Our team is responsive and committed to finding solutions.
Please note that we maintain complete records of all orders, shipments, and delivery confirmations. In the event of a payment dispute, we will provide full documentation to the relevant parties, including proof of delivery, order details, and all communications.
