Return Policy and Process

1. Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

At YDPMU, we are dedicated to your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a return and exchange process in accordance with the policy outlined below.

2. Initiating a Return or Exchange

To return or exchange an item, please send an email with the subject line clearly indicating "Return" or "Exchange." Include your full name and order number in the body of the email. The order number can be found in your initial email receipt.

3. Return Eligibility and Timeline

Items must be returned within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date to be eligible for a return or exchange. The items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

4. Return Shipping and Restocking Fee

The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Additionally, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns to cover processing and restocking expenses.

5. Exchange Process

In the event of an exchange, the value of your original purchase will be reimbursed, and a new purchase will be made. The refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected by YDPMU.

6. Lost or Misdirected Packages

YDPMU cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected return packages. We recommend using a traceable shipping method when returning items.

7. Exceptions to the Return Policy

Sales and promotional items identified as final sale are non-refundable and non-returnable.

8. Customs Duties and Refused Shipments

International orders may b
