Transaction Currency

1. Currency Policy All transactions processed through the Guangzhou Wenshen Cosmetics Co., Limited platform ("Platform") shall be conducted in the currency specified for each transaction ("Transaction Currency"). The Transaction Currency is determined by the billing preferences set by the merchant or the currency accepted by the Platform for a particular transaction.

2. Currency Conversion If a customer's payment method is denominated in a currency different from the Transaction Currency, the transaction amount will be converted to the payment method's currency at the exchange rate published by Stripe at the time of the transaction. Stripe may use its own exchange rates or those of its financial partners to process the conversion.

3. Exchange Rate Fluctuations Guangzhou Wenshen Cosmetics Co., Limited is not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates or any fees associated with currency conversion that may be charged by payment networks or banks.

4. Finality of Transactions Once a transaction has been completed in the Transaction Currency, the amount is considered final. Any changes in the exchange rate after the transaction has been completed will not affect the transaction amount.

5. Pricing and Fees All prices listed on the Platform are in the applicable Transaction Currency. The fees for using the Platform's services are also charged in the same currency. Any applicable taxes and additional fees will be clearly stated at the time of checkout.

6. Stripe's Currency Support Guangzhou Wenshen Cosmetics Co., Limited uses Stripe to process payments in multiple currencies. A list of supported currencies can be found in Stripe's documentation or upon request from Guangzhou Wenshen Cosmetics Co., Limited.

7. Changes to Currency Policy [Guangzhou Wenshen Cosmetics Co., Limited reserves the right to change the Transaction Currency policy at any time, in accordance with Stripe's policies and applicable laws and regulations. Any changes will be communicated to the merchants using the Platform.

8. Compliance with Stripe Policies This Transaction Currency policy is in compliance with Stripe's requirements for currency handling and is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference.
